You can get most the ingredients from the supermarket (although I prefer going to the farmer’s markets) and health food shops for those you haven’t tried before.
Eating a varied, well-balanced diet means eating a variety of wholefoods from daily that are from the earth and are an array of rainbow colours. Fruit, vegetables and herbs are the key to longevity and good health!
